Mix the soft fat with 250 grams of sugar, scraped vanilla pulp, grated lemon zest, eggs, 250 g of oat flakes and baking powder. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
Spread the cherries on top.
Mix the rest of the oat flakes and sugar, sprinkle over the cherries.
Put in the cold oven, switch to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
