Ingredients
- g 1,500 sour cherries
- 250 g butter, or mararine
- 350 g suar, fine
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, the zest it
- 5 egg (s), class M
- 300 g oatmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- Fat, for the tin

- Wash and stone the sour cherries. Drain well.
- Mix the soft fat with 250 grams of sugar, scraped vanilla pulp, grated lemon zest, eggs, 250 g of oat flakes and baking powder. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread the cherries on top.
- Mix the rest of the oat flakes and sugar, sprinkle over the cherries.
- Put in the cold oven, switch to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
