- Mix together the sour cream, creme fraiche, sugar and lemon juice.
- Dissolve the gelatin and add to the mixture, refrigerate until the cream is semi-rigid.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Puree the raspberries with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and spread over the mixture.
- Before eating the dessert, however, it should be refrigerated for 2-3 hours so that it becomes nice and stiff.
