Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sauté in hot oil until firm to the bite. Deglaze with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  2. I serve boiled potatoes and bratwurst or meatballs with it.
  3. We also like to eat the sour cucumber cold the next day as a kind of salad.
