- Rinse the lentils and bring to a boil with the broth.
- Clean the soup greens, wash and cut into small pieces. Add salt to the lentils and cook for approx. 45 minutes.
- Peel and dice the onion. Leave the bacon cubes in a pan and heat the onion cubes, stirring constantly, until they are lightly browned.
- Add everything to the lentils and bring to the boil briefly.
- Season the dish with salt, vinegar and sugar.
