  • 375 g lentils
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch soup greens
  • salt
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 50 g bacon, diced (mixed)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lentils and bring to a boil with the broth.
  2. Clean the soup greens, wash and cut into small pieces. Add salt to the lentils and cook for approx. 45 minutes.
  3. Peel and dice the onion. Leave the bacon cubes in a pan and heat the onion cubes, stirring constantly, until they are lightly browned.
  4. Add everything to the lentils and bring to the boil briefly.
  5. Season the dish with salt, vinegar and sugar.
