Instructions

  1. Sauté the finely chopped onion in clarified butter until translucent, add the flour and bake it golden yellow.
  2. Lard the second half of the onion with the cloves and burn in. Pour the meat stock, season with vinegar and salt and simmer.
  3. After 20 minutes add the potato slices and briefly bring to the boil again.
  4. Cooked beef or a farmer`s sigh tastes particularly good with it.
