- Sauté the finely chopped onion in clarified butter until translucent, add the flour and bake it golden yellow.
- Lard the second half of the onion with the cloves and burn in. Pour the meat stock, season with vinegar and salt and simmer.
- After 20 minutes add the potato slices and briefly bring to the boil again.
- Cooked beef or a farmer`s sigh tastes particularly good with it.
