Cut open the baked rolls (do not bake them beforehand!) And hollow out the two halves as far as possible.
Mix the inside with the sour cream and the torn tuna. Fold in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan until translucent, then add to the sour cream mixture and mix everything well.
Put the filling in the rolls. There is about a large tablespoon of the sour cream mixture for each half. Spread the grated cheese on top. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
