- Take the sardines out of the can (be careful not to break them). Drain and arrange on a plate. Catch the oil.
- Finely dice the onions and garlic, wash, pluck and chop the parsley. Mix the onions, garlic, oil and lemon juice and pour over the sardines.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours (covered)
- Warm baguette bread tastes good with it.
