Ingredients

  • 350 g sardines, in oil (can)
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Take the sardines out of the can (be careful not to break them). Drain and arrange on a plate. Catch the oil.
  2. Finely dice the onions and garlic, wash, pluck and chop the parsley. Mix the onions, garlic, oil and lemon juice and pour over the sardines.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours (covered)
  4. Warm baguette bread tastes good with it.
