Ingredients

  • 2 cans sardines, peeled and deboned
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped capers
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Halve the lemon. Squeeze one half and cut the other half into thin slices.
  2. Serve skinless sardines with onion strips, capers, thin lemon wedges and finely chopped parsley. Drizzle with the juice of the remaining lemon half.
  3. It is consumed cold and can therefore be prepared in advance.
