Instructions

  1. For the salsa, squeeze tomatoes, garlic, a little olive oil and spices, gently simmer.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, egg and spices, water and olive oil to a loose mass and form small balls out of it. Let it steep in the salsa for about 10 minutes.
  3. Greek rice noodle - simarika - tastes good with it.
