Mix the flour, eggs and salt together. Gradually add the water. The dough should be smooth and not too firm. Continue working with the dough hook of the mixer or a wooden spoon until the dough starts to bubble.
Pour the dough into a spaetzle slicer and scrape it into boiling water. When the spaetzle are on the surface, remove them with a draining spoon and let them drain.
