Ingredients

  • 375 grams flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs and salt together. Gradually add the water. The dough should be smooth and not too firm. Continue working with the dough hook of the mixer or a wooden spoon until the dough starts to bubble.
  2. Pour the dough into a spaetzle slicer and scrape it into boiling water. When the spaetzle are on the surface, remove them with a draining spoon and let them drain.
