  • 4 leeks
  • 100 g cream
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 150 g beef jerky

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spaetzle as usual and keep it warm. Cut the leek into rings, fry the jerky meat a little, add the prepared leek and cream and sauté until firm to the bite.
  2. Then mix in the warm spaetzle and grated cheese, put everything in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180 ° C until the cheese pulls strings.
