Use the mixer to mix the flour, eggs, milk and water into a dough. Season to taste with salt.
Press the dough through a dumpling sieve and let it simmer briefly in salted water (let it boil once until the spaetzle floats on the surface, this goes very quickly). Then pour into a sieve, pour cold water over it and allow to drain.
Fry the bacon and leek in the oil, add the spaetzle - stir. Then add the sour cream. Finally, mix in the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Salad goes very well as a side dish.
