Cook the spaetzle in salted water for 10 minutes. Cut the ham, paprika and onion into fine strips and fry in a pan with a little butter. Add the previously boiled spaetzle, pour on the cream and season with salt, pepper and soup cubes. Put in a baking dish, place cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 20-30 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
