Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Don`t be put off. Pour some olive oil over it. Melt the mascarpone in a well-coated pan over medium heat. Crumble and add the Gorgonzola. Season to taste with a little pepper. Mix the grated Parmesan into the sauce at the end and serve immediately.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley.
