Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 5 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of salt to the boil, then add the spaghetti and cook in an open saucepan for about 7 - 8 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and cut into fine slices.
  2. Slowly heat the olive oil in a large pan and gently fry the garlic slices in the hot oil. Then drain the spaghetti in a sieve and let it drain. Then add the spaghetti to the pan with the garlic, mix both well and finally season with salt and pepper.
