Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon and onion into small cubes, then fry them in a little olive oil in a saucepan. Add the tomato puree and season with basil and cayenne pepper, then simmer for about 15 minutes at a low temperature.
  2. While the sauce is cooking, cook the spaghetti al dente.
  3. Garnish with a few basil leaves and serve with freshly grated parmesan.
