- Cook the spaghetti al dente.
- Chop the garlic very finely or press through, place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
- Drain the spaghetti, add to the marinade and fold in. Let it steep for a few hours and, if necessary, season again before serving.
- The amount of garlic, herbs and chilli can of course be varied according to taste.
