Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • Chilli, dried, from the mill
  • Tbsp chives
  • Tbsp basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried
  • Teaspoon rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. Chop the garlic very finely or press through, place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
  3. Drain the spaghetti, add to the marinade and fold in. Let it steep for a few hours and, if necessary, season again before serving.
  4. The amount of garlic, herbs and chilli can of course be varied according to taste.
