Instructions

  1. Heat the frozen spinach in a saucepan, then crumble the sheep`s cheese into the spinach, add the cream and bring to the boil for a few minutes at a low temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water in a large saucepan.
  3. Fry the three eggs as fried eggs in a pan in olive oil and season with pepper, salt, marjoram and oregano.
  4. Arrange the spaghetti on a plate, pour the spinach and sheep cheese sauce over the pasta and place a fried egg on top of the sauce.
  5. Finished!
