- 300 g spahetti
- 400 g spinach, frozen
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 3 egg (s)
- ml cream
- some olive oil
- pepper
- salt
- marjoram
- oregano

- Heat the frozen spinach in a saucepan, then crumble the sheep`s cheese into the spinach, add the cream and bring to the boil for a few minutes at a low temperature and season with salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in salted water in a large saucepan.
- Fry the three eggs as fried eggs in a pan in olive oil and season with pepper, salt, marjoram and oregano.
- Arrange the spaghetti on a plate, pour the spinach and sheep cheese sauce over the pasta and place a fried egg on top of the sauce.
