Spaghetti with Cheese and Eggs

How to whip up a delicious dinner? It’s simple, I’ll tell you Cooking spaghetti with cheese and eggs. Even guests are not ashamed to serve such a dish.

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 300 g.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onions.
  4. Wash greens and chop finely.
  5. The water boiled. Season with salt, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Layout the pasta.
  6. While stirring, bring the spaghetti to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook until tender, according to the instructions (as a rule, durum wheat pasta is cooked for about 8-10 minutes).
  7. Preheat a frying pan. Add butter.
  8. Put prepared onions in hot oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Drive chicken eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Beat and add 2/3 grated cheese. Mix everything well.
  11. Throw the finished spaghetti in a colander, let the water drain (do not wash hard pasta).
  12. Put the pasta in the pan with the fried onions. Stir and fry for a few minutes.
  13. Put the cheese and eggs. Stir, fry for 1-2 minutes.
  14. Put the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  15. Spaghetti with cheese is ready! Serve with fresh herbs.
