  1. Essential products. Spaghetti for such an omelet can be boiled in advance or you can use pasta that remained after cooking other dishes.

  2. Pour about 2 liters of water into a saucepan, add 1-2 pinches of salt, put on the heat, and bring to a boil. Put spaghetti in boiling water and boil for about 7-10 minutes, until the pasta is soft.
  3. We put the finished spaghetti in a colander to glass the water.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl.
  5. Add some salt to the eggs (since the cheese is salty, try not to oversalt) and stir them with a whisk or fork.
  6. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the spaghetti. Heat the spaghetti, stirring slightly, for 1 minute.

  10. Reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid, and fry the omelet for about 5 minutes, until the eggs set.

  12. An omelet with macaroni and cheese is ready to serve. If desired, you can supplement it with fresh vegetables and herbs.
