French Omelet with Mushrooms and Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 champignons
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • greens to taste
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Wash the mushrooms, remove dirt. Cut. Fry lightly in oil, add salt and pepper.
  • Beat 2 eggs, you can salt (I did not salt). Pour into a frying pan. As it grabs, put the mushrooms and cheese.
  • First wrap one side, wrap again after a minute. Serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
