- 2 eggs
- 2 champignons
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 slices of cheese
- greens to taste
- vegetable oil
- Wash the mushrooms, remove dirt. Cut. Fry lightly in oil, add salt and pepper.
- Beat 2 eggs, you can salt (I did not salt). Pour into a frying pan. As it grabs, put the mushrooms and cheese.
