- 50 g grated cheese

- 1 tomato

- Wash the tomato, dry it, cut into slices.
- Heat a skillet with butter. Fry the tomato slices for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with curd cheese and milk, pour the mixture into the pan.
- When the omelet has set, sprinkle it with grated cheese, salt and pepper and use a spatula to gently roll it up.
- Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
