Ingredients

  • 8 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • some butter for frying
  • 0.5 ½ pack creamed spinach, frozen
  • 1 onion (s), to taste
  • 200 g feta cheese or similar cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the eggs with the milk in a bowl and stir. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.
  2. Heat the spinach in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can steam the onions until they are translucent before adding the spinach.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into pieces.
  4. Heat the butter in a pan and pour in 1/4 of the egg mixture. Let it stop at the bottom. When the surface is still a little damp, distribute the spinach and feta cheese in portions on one half of the omelette and fold it shut and place it in a baking dish. Do the same with the remaining omelets.
  5. Let the filled omelets get really hot and crispy in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 5 minutes, then serve.
