Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil. Add finely chopped spring onions. Season everything with salt, pepper and sambal oelek and, if necessary, chili powder. Add the tomatoes and let simmer.
  2. Cook the spaghetti half cooked for 5 - 6 minutes, then drain and place on a greased tray or drip pan and spread. Spread the tomato sauce on the spaghetti. Spread the hollandaise sauce over it and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Bake the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
