Leave the spaghetti long and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Pouring off.
Whisk eggs and grated Gouda or Emmentaler together and season with salt and pepper. Add cooked spaghetti and mix well. Spread this mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the eggs are set, at 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Let it cool down and then top it with the boiled ham, and spread the sliced mozzarella on top. Shape everything into a roll with the baking paper. Pour tomato sauce over the roll, pour grated mozzarella over it and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
