Mix the mascarpone, lemon juice, powdered sugar and quark together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Puree the strawberries, except for a few for the decoration. (I take frozen strawberries and defrost them beforehand) Possibly sweeten with powdered sugar. Set aside some of the strawberry puree.
Mix everything together and place in a bowl. Spread the puree on top. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle it on the pudding.
