Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone or
  • 250 g mascarpone and
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 170 g powdered suar
  • 500 g quark
  • 700 ml cream
  • 750 g strawberries
  • 1 bar chocolate, white

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, lemon juice, powdered sugar and quark together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Puree the strawberries, except for a few for the decoration. (I take frozen strawberries and defrost them beforehand) Possibly sweeten with powdered sugar. Set aside some of the strawberry puree.
  2. Mix everything together and place in a bowl. Spread the puree on top. Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle it on the pudding.
  3. Decorate with fresh strawberries and chill.
