Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and allow to cool. Drain the tuna while collecting the oil. Cut the peppers into strips and finely dice the onions. Skin, core and dice tomatoes.
For the marinade, stir together the tuna oil, Miracel Whip, milk, Tabasco, soy and salsa sauce. Season to taste with the spices.
Mash the tuna with a fork. Add to the marinade with the diced paprika, onions and diced tomatoes and mix well. Carefully fold into the spaghetti and let it steep in the refrigerator. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley to taste.
