Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente and allow to cool.
  2. In the meantime, wash and dry the rocket, remove the stalks. Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized cubes, chop the onions and cut the cocktail tomatoes in half or quarter to taste. Mix everything with the spaghetti.
  3. Mix a marinade from mayonnaise, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary and the spices, it can taste slightly sweet because of the sugar. Mix the marinade with the ingredients.
  4. Tastes immediately, but even better when the salad is pulled through, then season again before serving.
