- 500 g spahetti
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 bunch rocket
- 2 points mozzarella
- 1 onion (s), red or 2
- mayonnaise
- olive oil
- sugar
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- rosemary

- Cook the spaghetti al dente and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, wash and dry the rocket, remove the stalks. Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized cubes, chop the onions and cut the cocktail tomatoes in half or quarter to taste. Mix everything with the spaghetti.
- Mix a marinade from mayonnaise, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary and the spices, it can taste slightly sweet because of the sugar. Mix the marinade with the ingredients.
- Tastes immediately, but even better when the salad is pulled through, then season again before serving.
