Ingredients
- 60 g butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 sprigs rosemary, only the soft tips
- 50 g parmesan or pecorino cheese
- 400 g spahetti

- Cook the spaghetti as instructed.
- In the meantime, heat the butter and sweat the diced garlic cloves in it, be careful not to let it brown, it will taste bitter. Sweat the finely chopped rosemary needles as well. Salt. Mix with the cooked and drained spaghetti and stir in the finely grated cheese. Finished.
- This is a very simple dish, but it tastes great.
