Since the preparation of the sauce only takes about three minutes, you should definitely put the pasta in the boiling salted water beforehand, otherwise the breadcrumbs will no longer be crispy when the pasta is ready.
The rolls are cut into pieces approx. 1/2 cm in size. Please remove the resulting crumbs. Fry the pieces in plenty of olive oil until golden. Add the chilli and the coarsely chopped garlic and toss very briefly. Add the chopped anchovies and let them melt for a few seconds.
Add the drained pasta to the pan and serve immediately.
There is also grated parmesan cheese.
Depending on your taste, you can sprinkle the dish with parsley. Salt or pepper are not necessary.
