Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the garlic into thin slices and finely chop the parsley and chili peppers.
  3. Put the olive oil in a large pan, let it get hot, then sauté the garlic (do not let it turn brown, otherwise it will be bitter).
  4. Add the prawns, parsley and chili peppers, continue steaming, add the noodles and mix with the sauce.
  5. TIP: I used olive oil and homemade chili oil
