Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water so that it does not stick.
  2. In the meantime, put the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic pieces in it. Then add the dried herbs and the chilli pepper and sauté as well. Now add the tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed. Now add a good dash of water, the spices and the tomato paste and stir everything thoroughly. Sometimes I add a dash of red wine, but I don`t have to.
  3. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan on top.
  4. Tips: If you like, you can add a little sour cream or crème fraîche.
  5. If a whole chilli is too much for you, take a half first. Or you can leave them whole, cook them and take them out again before serving.
