Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until they are al dente.
Put some olive oil in a small saucepan and lightly fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the cream cheese and mix with the cream to a smooth sauce. Melt the Gouda in the sauce. Season with pepper, salt and vegetable stock.
Spread the sauce over the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan.
