Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Cut the gorgonzola into small pieces. In a saucepan, bring the cream to the boil with half a cup of water. Season lightly with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.
Add the gorgonzola and remove the pan from the heat. Mix well until the cheese has melted. If necessary, season again. Add the finished spaghetti, heat again briefly and serve.
