Cook the spaghetti until done. Fry the ham cubes in oil. Put the garlic cloves through the garlic press and fry with the ham. Put the Gorgonzola in the pan, pour the cream over it and stir until the cheese has melted. Season with Tabasco, brandy, pepper and salt.
Mix the pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese after serving.
Tomato salad and possibly a glass of red wine go well with this.
