Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Cut the ham into strips. Steam both in a saucepan or pan over medium heat until translucent. Then pour the cream on top and simmer until creamy on a low setting. Finally stir the cream cheese into the sauce with a spoon and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  3. Arrange both on plates and serve.
