Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta with a little salted water until cooked. In the meantime, put the tomatoes in a saucepan, stir in the herbs and spices and heat. Add creme fraiche or sour cream and some grated cheese and simmer gently.
  2. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Serve with the sauce, sprinkle with some parmesan and fresh basil if necessary.
