Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the onions and ham and fry them until golden brown in a non-stick pan.
  3. Quarter the mushrooms, halve the chanterelles, add and stew for approx. 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Crush the clove of garlic and mix with the herbs into the spaghetti. Serve the spaghetti with mushroom sauce.
