- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Dice the onions and ham and fry them until golden brown in a non-stick pan.
- Quarter the mushrooms, halve the chanterelles, add and stew for approx. 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Crush the clove of garlic and mix with the herbs into the spaghetti. Serve the spaghetti with mushroom sauce.
