Prepare the wholemeal spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. While the pasta is cooking, cut the zucchini into fine strips with a peeler.
Heat the oil in the pan and steam the zucchini strips in it for a few minutes. Then deglaze with soy sauce and vegetable stock. Add peanut butter, sambal oelek and red curry paste. Bring to the boil briefly, add the cooked pasta.
