Instructions

  1. Finely chop the carrots, finely chop the garlic,
  2. Cook the spaghetti.
  3. Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the carrots for about 5 minutes, fry the garlic and prawns briefly.
  4. Add the cream and reduce over low heat until a creamy sauce is formed. Add half of the parmesan and season with salt & pepper. Serve with the remaining parmesan and sprinkled with lemon pepper with the spaghetti.
