- 400 g shrimp (s), raw & peeled
- 600 g carrot (s)
- 4 garlic clove (s)
- 750 g spahetti
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 200 g parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- Lemon pepper

- Finely chop the carrots, finely chop the garlic,
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the carrots for about 5 minutes, fry the garlic and prawns briefly.
- Add the cream and reduce over low heat until a creamy sauce is formed. Add half of the parmesan and season with salt & pepper. Serve with the remaining parmesan and sprinkled with lemon pepper with the spaghetti.
