Choose the amount of parmesan, pine nuts, ham and olive oil according to your own taste.
Cook the spaghetti al dente.
In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, cut the ham into small pieces or pluck it. Wash the rocket, remove the stalks and cut into bite-sized pieces. Freshly grate or slice the parmesan.
When the spaghetti is ready, mix everything immediately: spaghetti, parmesan, olive oil, ham, rocket, pine nuts and tomatoes.
Since the pasta gets cold very quickly due to the cold ingredients (also tastes great), you can preheat the plates in the oven.
